The best I have ever experienced Michael is a an excellent salesman. The best he even offered me safety glasses. I wasn’t aware that you sold them. I will always ask for Michael if he’s available need to have more of him very pleasant.
Great service, this is where we always go and never got disappointed. The ladies at the front desk, Sara and Elloide, went above and beyond to help my daughter find her new glasses. We were treated with care and professionalism.

From beginning to end the staff were AWSOME!!.. the eye exam was fast and simple and the doctor explained each step, which i really appreciated. Purchasing the glasses were our favorite part, a variety of choice and no matter the price they made sure we were well taking care of! 5 out of 5
I went to LensCrafters to look for and hopefully buy new glasses.
They were very busy when I first walked in, so I looked around then decided to leave and come back in hopes they had slowed down, which they did. Tia greeted me as I walked in and asked me if I was in the store earlier. With how busy it was, I was impressed she remembered seeing me, even though we had no interaction at that time. Tia helped me in picking out my glasses. Her personality and knowledge of glasses and frames was fantastic! She asked what style I was looking for and she guided me to the ones she that fit the style I was in search of.
It was nice to know she "heard" what I wanted. My experience at LensCrafters in Beachwood mall was wonderful. All of the employees and even some of the customers I interacted with were very pleasant. I highly recommend them.
